Entirely made of sterling silver this unique necklace will take you far. The handmade rectangular hammered Thai silver beads are strung to make a statement. It’s finished with a silver toggle clasp. It’s a striking geometric design. It is strong and strung on Beadalon.
I have earrings to match this for £25 if you are interested. I can send them as a photo.
The unique silver beads are individually made by the Karen Hill Tribe in northern Thailand, in the famed Golden Triangle region of Thailand, Laos and Burma. Thai silver has been a way of life for the Hill Tribe people for several hundred years. The silver used in Thailand is 97.5-99% pure silver, whereas sterling silver jewellery is only 92.5% pure silver. The high silver content of Thai Silver makes it softer than sterling but the good news is that it also does not tarnish as easily as sterling silver as there is no copper alloy. Joyfully if it does become a little dull just take a regular silver cleaning cloth to it - a quick rub and its glorious again.
This necklace is flattering and elegant. Wear it to embellish your neckline or for an illuminating beautiful finish.
Length 17 inches 44cm long. Each rectangular bead is 2cm long 1.4cm wide.
It will come with a gift box.
